Saw you on Austin Access just now… you should be on the national channels! Loved it. 🙂

Thanks Joy. I appreciate the feedback. If you go to and check the schedule you’ll find that they run my shows at various times through out the week. Typically they air the “new” shows every Tuesday Night at 6 or 7 pm (I don’t know why they keep changing it) on Channel 10. At last check they’ve moved it back to 7pm.

The newest show that is going to be aired on Tuesday Night at 6pm is “Coo Coo Dogs”. That is a show filmed at the Coo Coo Club in San Diego. I make gourmet toppings for Dodger Dogs, we play Hot Dog related Party games (which was banned in two Public Access Communities LOL) and one of the contestents from Nation’s Hog Dog Eating Contest provides a Hot Dog Eating Demo.

Thanks for watching. Keep watching my .com or join me on Face Book for the latest news. I do film Live Shows. For example I just filmed at Shooters on Anderson Mill Rd and 620 on Sunday in front of a live audience. We had samples for everyone!

Thanks again.

Hey Grill Dog,
Lookin’ for a foolproof turkey recipe on THE EGG. Any ideas?

Are you looking for a flavoring/marinade or just the process of cooking a turkey on the BGE? The easiest Marinade or rub is just olive oil, salt and pepper, perhaps your favorite fresh chopped herbs or seasonings. The best way to grill on the BGE would be to use a plate setter and a thermometer that you can read outside of the BGE. Then take the turkey off and let stand for about 20 minutes when the temp reaches about 160-170. I’d take it off just after it hits 160 since it’s still going to cook awhile. If you want a good seasoning or marinade, you’ll have to let me what type of tastes/flavors you like.

OMG! I just read your Yelp review on Texas Mac Repair! We are a mac repair company near Charleston, SC. We ordered a part from Texas Mac repair and they sent us the wrong thing. After requesting a refund, Les freaked out and threatened us too! Your story and audio samples are TO DIE OVER! What a complete and total redneck loser. How ARE they still in business!??!?!?!?!?!

You would not believe this guy, he deserves to be locked up. I think my favorite is the audio I posted. If anyone wants evidence of how cracked he is, they can listen to him go on and on and on LOL… I don’t know how he is in business. His shop is mostly an art studio with some computer equipment around. He screws people cause he knows how to work the credit card company to get his how way and doesn’t care about customer service or repeat business. He “persuades” his employees to write raving reviews and pays Yelp to hide and not count posts that are unfavorable so he looks good. For now we can just keep the banter going and perhaps that’ll cause some negative impact! Thanks for writing!

I was wondering if you send me the Bikers & Brisket episode I helped you with. I cannot seem to find it on YouTube or any other website.
