Grill Dog

HI, Welcome to Grill Dog’s Grill’n & Chill’n Home.   I’m Grilldog, host of THE most distributed show on Community TV in the world.  We have lots to offer here and our motto is that if I can do it, you can too. In fact we have a 5 part video on how you can plan your own Food, Fun and Friends event, just like Good ole Grill Dog does on each of his TV Shows. If you have signed up before, Great, however, you’ll notice some changes.  We are in the process of updating the website and you’ll no longer have to sign up to receive my 5 videos.  Unfortunately, it’s going to be a little while before we get them set up on the site again.  If you are new to Grilldog.com, stick around.  Although there are going to be changes we are still about Food, Fun and Friends and all of our services are still available.

Don’t forget to check out Grilldog’s Guide to Food, Fun and Friends Cookbook.  This just isn’t another “Cookbook” with a celebrity endorsement; this is over 150 recipes and tips that he has learned over the past 20 years of traveling around the world studying from chefs from urban and rural United States but also Europe and Asia.  The book is also full of humorous stories and events that enhance each and every recipe. So check it out… https://www.createspace.com/3360164. I’m currently working on my 2nd book, all the recipes from my first 50 episodes, just because you all asked.  The 2nd book should be available late 2012.cmu.edu

If you ever visited all those other foodie related websites, TV shows, radio shows and even their products and became baffled as to why you couldn’t duplicate what they were doing, you are not alone.  Therefore, Good ole Grill Dog is here to show you simple and easy ways to prepare food, provide helpful tips and tricks and even can come into your home or organization and teach and/or prepare a meal for you, your guests or company event. Now THAT’s a mouthful!

Grill Dog has been mentioned on the “Food Network” as well as many radio interviews and on local Fox News.  Feel free to view the Food Network, as well as, the Chili Contest Interview on Fox News.  You’ll be glad you did.

Also, feel free to visit my original home page at www.grilldog.org

Hey, thanks Kenny. Hope all is well. Jr Dog is growing up fast and I’m working my tail off out here. I love Austin. Austin is a great place to raise a family. Just Saturday Jr Dog said his first sentence, Open the Door. I think that is the wave of his future, opening doors of opportunity!

Thanks Jacob, we love it here. Still trying to fix my Traeger, not so much as problems with it, it’s just it’s either dark or raining when I can get time to fix it! Right now it only burns on high but I’m getting some new parts in any day. Hope you are doing well. My little one says hi to his favorite uncle. He wants to know what we can do to get some of those sausages he likes! You have the best there at T&H!

That’s right and this spring catch a whole new season of 8 new and exciting episodes of Grill Dog Presents! Here’s some teasers to get your mouth watering!

60- 1st the very last show to be filmed in San Diego, Road Kill III Battle for Supremacy! part II. Chef Billy from Traeger corp challeges Grill Dog to the ultimate throw down at T&H Prime Meats and Sausages in San Marcus, CA. 9 recipes using exotic meats. In part II Grill Dog plates up some Rocky Mt Oysters, Buffalo Tri Tips and Antelope Flank Steaks. See who won the most dishes out of 9 plus which dish was rated #1 for the day, 2 Chef’s 9 different meats, 18 recipes! What could be wilder!

61-Grill Dog at the Black Dog Pub off of Howard at the boarder of Pflugerville, TX what better place for Grill Dog’s first show in his new home but the Black Dog Pub. Grill Dog dishes up stuffed swordfish steaks and midori kiwi sorbet.

62 Vodka Variable – Once again Grill Dog dishes up some recipes using NadaRed Vodka (check them out), Plus Grill Dog performs live at BBQ Galore’s in Austin TX to make Tomato cream soup, grilled beef n salad with a citrus vodka vinaigrette, and a veggie casserole with a vodka tomato n bacon sauce
63 – Z Tequila. Grill Dog is certainly making the rounds in Austin. Teaming up with Sunflower Farmers Market, The Meat House, Pepe Z of Z Tequila and BBQs Galore’s Cooking Experience in Bee Cave Tx, Grill Dog makes dishes using Z Tequila, tequila n fruit marinated scallops, pineapple n tequila bbq sauce for pork chops and coriander crusted chicken with a tequila watermelon glaze.
64 – Z-Challenge, Grill Dog is invited to his friends Rocky and Lisa’s Italian restaurant in Lakeway TX “Rocco’s”. Once there Rocky and Lisa spring their surprise on Grill Dog, they have a dozen of their favorite patrons coming over for an afternoon Tequila sipping with Z Tequila and they want Grill Dog to Grill up some NON Italian dishes for them but that will pair with Z Tequila. Best of all Rocco’s doesn’t have a Grill and Grill Dog was not allowed to use any of their Italian Ingredients! Is Grill Dog up for the Challenge! With the help of BBQs Galore in Bee Cave TX and New Flower Market, Grill Dog was assisted in his attempt to make Grilled Red Beans n Rice, grilled jalapeno/cheddar corn bread and grilled lobster stuffed jalepenos!
65 – Viva La Vivo’s Throw Down – The ultimate Bartender throw down filmed at Vivo’s in Cedar Park! Grill Dog officiates this throw down with 4 of Vivo’s hottest and most talented female bartenders! Things certainly heat up for Grill Dog! 3 throw downs, Martini, Margarita and the Gals ended with their WILD CARD submission!
66 & 67 Bikers n Brisket- Grill Dog has gained a large Biker following here in Austin so he dedicated a two part episode titled Bikers n Brisket.
66 Grill Dog talks Brisket with some experts, find out what to look for, how to cut it and how to grill it! Plus Grill Dog and Jr Dog head out to some Good ol Boys cabin where the big smokers are having their own Brisket throw down.
67 – Filmed at Napalm Motorsports, Grill Dog shows how he grills up a brisket plus Jr Dog and him provide you with Grill Dog’s secret Brisket Rub! YUM If you are not about Beer, Babes, Brisket and Bikes, You are doing IT wrong!

Excellent blog you have here but I was wondering if
you knew of any user discussion forums that cover the same topics discussed
in this article? I’d really like to be a part of online community where
I can get advice from other knowledgeable individuals that share
the same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
Thanks a lot!

Hmm it looks like your site ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and
say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.

Do you have any tips and hints for beginner blog writers?
I’d certainly appreciate it.
