Zealous Tequila

I hooked up with Pepe Z, the distiller of Z Tequila.  We then teamed up with BBQs Galore’s Cooking Experience in Bee Cave, TX for a location, the Meat House in Bee Cave provided the Meat and NEWFLOWER Farmers Market provided a ton of ingredients.  Since Z Tequila was featured we provided a number of recipes using Z Tequila as an ingredient.  It was a great time and very tasty.
